  3. Add details: draw raindrops, a rainbow, or the sun around it.
  4. (Optional) Tape or glue strings with paper raindrops hanging from the cloud.
  5. Let it dry and display!

Paper Plate Sun Craft

Supplies:

  • Paper plate
  • Yellow/orange paint or crayons
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Construction paper (yellow/orange)
  • Googly eyes (optional)

 Steps:

  1. Color or paint the paper plate yellow.
  2. Cut out triangles or strips from construction paper for sun rays.
  3. Glue the rays around the edge of the plate.
  4. Add a face using markers or googly eyes.
  5. Let it dry—your bright sun is ready!
