Cut and Paste Pineapples Activity

Print this cut and paste pineapples math activity sheet and include it in your Summer at the Beach Theme preschool lesson plan.

 P for Pineapple Game

Pineapple Hunt Activity

What You Need:
- Paper pineapples (print or hand-drawn)
- Markers
-Scissors
- Tape
- Baskets or small bags


1. Cut out several pineapple shapes from yellow paper or print pictures of pineapples.
2. Write different letters on each pineapple—some will have the letter P on them.
3. Hide the pineapples around the room or outdoor space like a treasure hunt!
4. Give each child a basket or bag to collect their pineapples.
5. As they find a pineapple, they say the letter out loud before placing it in their basket.
6. Special Rule: If a child finds a pineapple with the letter P they must say "PINEAPPLE!"before collecting it.
7. Once all the pineapples are found, kids can line them up in alphabetical order or find letters in their name.
8. For extra fun, add bonus pineapples with a sun or smiley face—kids can do a special victory dance when they find one!

Fun for kids who are learning their alphabets.
